Nikki Fink and Deadline Hollywood is reporting that Marvel is setting up a writer’s program. A few studios have this kind of thing. You work there for a year for not a lot of money, you make a lot of contacts and if you play well with others you may have a screenwriting career out of it. Disney, and Warner Bros do it too.
